I support individuals who are working to heal from painful life experiences, including single-incident trauma, ongoing stress, grief, and complex trauma rooted in childhood or later life. My focus is on helping clients rebuild a sense of safety, stability, and trust in themselves so they can move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.
My approach to counselling is culturally attuned, compassionate, and integrative. As a Chinese Canadian woman, I bring sensitivity to identity, lived experience, and the many ways culture can shape healing. I am open to exploring spirituality and energy-focused perspectives alongside evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, so that therapy feels both grounded and meaningful for each person.
