I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and tailored to where you are in your life right now. My work draws from Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, Expressive Arts, and Play Therapy, allowing me to adapt care to each person’s unique needs. Over many years of practice, I have supported children, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, body image and eating concerns, and family challenges, with a compassionate approach that helps people feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
