She believes healing is deeply personal and works closely with each client to foster resilience, strengthen coping skills, and support lasting personal growth.
She works with a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anger management, men’s mental health, addiction and recovery, emotional dysregulation, caregiver stress, career burnout, grief, domestic violence, family conflict, self-esteem, relationship issues, stress, women’s mental health, seniors and aging, and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming care. She also provides support for individuals coping with cancer, chronic illness, codependency, mood-related concerns, and the emotional impact of life’s many changes.
