Life can feel overwhelming, and at times it may be hard to know what direction to take. Therapy can offer a safe place to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin to move forward with greater clarity. I work alongside clients to help them better understand their thoughts, feelings, and inner experiences, and how these affect daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.
With over 19 years of counselling experience, I support individuals who are working through addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and respectful of each person’s unique story. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I believe therapy is meaningful and deeply important work. Creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported is at the heart of my practice. Together, we can work toward healing, self-understanding, and a more authentic and fulfilling life.
